• The Heart of Teaching Mentorship: Teaching is deeply personal work — and no two educators arrive at it the same way. The Heart of Teaching Mentorship is a longer-term journey designed for educators at every stage of their career — from student teachers finding their footing to seasoned professionals seeking renewal. Through ongoing mentorship and inner transformation work, we help you reconnect with why you started — strengthening your presence, resilience and lasting impact in the classroom and beyond.

• The Leader In Us Coaching Program: The most effective school leaders don't just manage — they inspire. The Leader In Us is a longer-term coaching program designed for administrators ready to lead with greater clarity, compassion and vision. Through ongoing self-reflection and intentional growth, we help you align your leadership style with your values — creating an environment where staff feel supported, students feel seen, and the whole community has room to thrive.

• Rooted & Resilient: Sometimes what shows up at work is really something deeper. Rooted & Resilient sessions offer focused one-on-one support for educators and administrators navigating a specific personal or professional challenge — using coaching, hypnotherapy and holistic wellness practices to help you move through it and return to your grounded center.

• The School Culture Review: The School Culture Review is an in-depth assessment of your school's climate, well-being and the dynamics that influence how everyone experiences their environment every day. What emerges is a clear picture of where your school is thriving and where it needs support — and a grounded path forward.

• Professional Development Workshops: Professional development should leave staff feeling expanded, not depleted. Our customizable workshops bring emotional well-being, mindfulness, stress management and conscious school culture to the center of the conversation — meeting your staff exactly where they are. Each workshop is designed to be immediately applicable, creating real shifts in how educators experience themselves and each other at work.

• The Heart of Learning: The Heart of Learning offers therapeutic support for elementary-age students — creating a safe, nurturing space where emotional well-being, resilience and personal growth are tended to with care. When students feel seen and supported from the inside out, learning opens up in ways that last far beyond the classroom.

• The Conscious Classroom Workshops & Learning Series: The classroom is more than a place for academic learning — it's where young people learn how to relate to themselves and each other. The Conscious Classroom Workshops and Learning Series brings heart-based learning principles to life through interactive social emotional learning workshops and video content designed to cultivate emotional intelligence, self-awareness and authentic connection.
